The state Department of Motor Vehicles announced plans on Jan. 19 to open a new Gloucester Customer Service Center (CSC) at York River Crossing Shopping Center, Hayes. The new facility will replace the current DMV office on Route 17 south of Gloucester Court House, according to DMV public relations and media manager Melanie Stokes.
